Rules of the Three-City Equality March 2019

  1. The three-city equality March 2019, hereinafter referred to as March, will take place on 25 May 2019.
  2. The exact time and starting point of the march will be given 14 days before the March date.
  3. The motto of the March is: “Love can only unite”.
  4. The aim of the march is to shape positive attitudes towards LGBTQ people (lesbians, gays, bisexual people, transgender people and queer people) and their families.
  5. All persons participating in the March are obliged to comply with the provisions of these three-city rules of Equality March 2016, hereinafter referred to as the terms and conditions.
  6. In March you can attend any person, institution or organization that supports the password, purpose and postulates of the march.
  7. All persons participating in the march are obliged to behave in a manner not endangering the security of others and complying with the law of 5 July 1990. Law on assemblies.
  8. The electoral silence will take effect from 25.05.2019 00:00 to 26.05.2019 to the closure of the electoral venues. The persons participating in the march as well as the events accompanying him are obliged to preselection silence in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code.
  9. The march is organized by the Association for LGBT people Tolerado and by the entities that are part of the organizing Committee, hereinafter referred to as the organizers.
  10. The President of the congregation and the Volunteers watch over the march process. The volunteers operate under the powers of the Chairman of the Assembly as defined by the law of 5 July 1990. Law on assemblies. Volunteers will be duly signposted.
  11. March organizers have the right to record the mileage of the march with the help of devices recording images and sound, in particular the behaviour of persons in any way violating the provisions of the Law on assemblies or these Regulations , and people interfering with the march and presenting a threat to other participants in the March.
  12. Every participant in the march is obliged to inform the Police Department, volunteers or chairman of the congregation about the perceived fire, the threat of life, human health or property.
  13. Any person violating in any way the provisions of the Law on assemblies or these regulations, interfering with the progress of the march, posing a threat to other participants of the march, shall not be admitted to the Assembly Or will be promptly removed from participation in the March. No appeal shall be granted from the order of the Chairman of the march.
  14. Only promotional, informational and advertising materials approved by the organizers can be distributed during the march. Any leaflets, brochures and any other promotional, informational or advertising material should be submitted to the organisers for approval at least 14 days before march to the address tolerado@tolerado.org, in accordance with the guidelines for such On the www.marsz3miasto.pl page. It is forbidden to distribute promotional, informational and advertising materials not reported and approved by the organizers.
  15. All banners over 2 m wide must be reported at least 14 days before March to tolerado@tolerado.org, in accordance with the guidelines for such notification on the website www.marsz3miasto.pl. At the beginning of the march will be the banners of the organizers, the order of the remaining banners in the march shall be drawn and communicated to the notifying persons at least 7 days before the march. It is forbidden to use banners above 2 m not reported and approved by the organizers.
  16. Banners and emblems of political parties can not be exhibited in connection with election silence.
  17. It is forbidden to have their own sound equipment, excluding the audio equipment provided and used by the organizers of the march.
    Banners, banners and flags incompatible with the idea, the motto, the purpose and the postulated march will not be admitted to the public assembly.
  18. Organizers are not responsible for stolen or lost during the March private belongings of the participants.
  19. Organizers are not responsible for damages caused by participants not complying with these terms and conditions and generally applicable laws.
